Each summer we encourage our residents to decorate their 75-square foot patios and balconies with furniture, flowers, and appropriate outdoor decorations. To say thank you for helping make Lexington Heights a beautiful place to call home, we chose four pretty patios to receive a $25 rent credit in August!
