Beyond the Expected!
Leasing Consultant Lauren was caught on camera going beyond expected this summer! Not only does she help fill Gulf Gate with great residents, take care of current residents, and help with day-to-day office tasks, a few days ago she got out the gloves and started cleaning the office too! We’re glad to have staff like Lauren, who have the attitude that no task is too great or too small. We’re a team, here to work together to make sure our residents are happy and our community is looking its best.

Remember, the office also offers cat, fish, or plant sitting for residents who are heading out of town. We’ll also pick up your mail while you are gone! Please call the Rental Office for details or to schedule us to “apartment sit” for you.
