Full-time Caretaker Position – Promenade Oaks Apartments

Overview
Assist the management in providing an exceptional living environment for our residents through cleaning and upkeep of a 240-unit apartment community located in Eagen, MN.
Responsibilities
Demonstrate a superior work ethic and attitude
Daily cleaning of all common areas of building(s)
Daily picking up of surrounding grounds
Cleaning of apartments prior to new residents moving in
Communication with office staff as needed
Assisting with various resident events 3 – 4 times per year
All other duties as assigned by management
Skills

Able to work independently and be self-motivated
Must be detail oriented
Requirements
Previous apartment housekeeping, cleaning, or janitorial experience preferred
Reliable attendance
Excellent physical condition with no restrictions
Able to lift 40 pounds
Physical, drug test, and background check required
Compensation
Job Type: Full time
Hours: 40 hours/week (hours and days TBD)
Pay: $14.00 to $16.00/hour (DOQ)
