Maintenance Technician – SE Suburbs
We’re hiring!
Condor Corporation is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to assist the Community Managers and property staff in maintaining and developing the operations of 225+ unit apartment communities in the Twin Cities southeast suburbs. This position will involve working at one or more of these three communities (depending on your availability and the needs of the communities). If you have a preference on the specific location, please let us know!
- Salem Green Apartments (Inver Grove Heights, MN)
- Lexington Heights Apartments (Mendota Heights, MN)
- Promenade Oaks Apartments (Eagan, MN)
We have part-time Maintenance Technician employment availability as well (please inquire for more details about a part-time position).
Overview
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no day looks the same – providing hands-on service to current residents in addition to servicing the overall maintenance needs of the community. You’ll need an eye for detail, a passion for fixing things, and a knack for problem solving.
Having home maintenance taken care of is a big reason people continue to rent, and our maintenance team is constantly getting shout-outs in our online reviews and residents surveys. This means polite, professional communications skills are a must!

As part of our commitment to helping employees enjoy life to the fullest, we offer a range of benefits, including:
- Competitive pay (range DOQ)

- Dental care options
- 401K with employer match (after 1 year of employment)
