We appreciate the prompt manner in which our residents pay their rent, and as a bonus to those who pay early, we hold an “early bird” drawing every month. Paying your rent before the 1st of the month qualifies you to be put in the drawing to win a $50 rent credit! If you pay online via an automatic payment, you are automatically eligible to win.
To sign up for online rent payment, just visit condorliving.com > Residents Area > Pay Rent Online, and follow the prompts. If you have questions along the way, we’re here to help. Give us a call at the Rental Office and we can walk you through the process in just a few short minutes. You can also pay rent in the office via check or money order.
