Condor Corporation is a family owned and operated property management company with apartment communities in the suburban Twin Cities area of Minnesota and in Sarasota, Florida.
We’re a relatively small company, with about 70 staff members charged with the care of our properties and residents. We are fortunate that over half of our employees have been a part of our team for over four years, and 20% of those team members have been with us 10 – 25 years!
In January we celebrated anniversaries for several long-term employees, and we wanted to take the time to publically thank these staff members for their hard work and dedication to Condor Corporation. We know they are the reason for our success as a company and for our residents’ satisfaction with our communities.
