Let’s party! | The 4-1-1 on community events

At Condorliving we appreciate our residents, and we aren’t afraid to show it! In addition to going Beyond the Expected to provide a quality living environment and exceptional service for our residents each day, we also hold several special events throughout the year as a small symbol of our gratitude for the choice they make to call our communities “home.”

A springtime breakfast-to-go, a summer poolside party, and a winter appetizer and dessert night provide a great opportunity for our staff to serve our residents, and for neighbors to get together socially or meet one other for the first time. In addition to these events, our properties with more children host activities such as spring bunny day, summer fun day, and a fall Halloween party! No matter the event, there is always festive food, fun decorations, and even crafts and prizes at the kids parties.

2015 Summer Poolside Party

If you are a current resident, you may have just attended the Annual Resident Poolside Party featuring Chipotle, which was a huge hit. Combined, our properties served over 700 eager residents and their guests! The weather was beautiful and everyone spent a wonderful evening laughing and chatting over burrito bowls and tacos.

Each time we host an event, you will receive an invitation at your door, and we typically send out a reminder notice as well. Please always be sure to RSVP by the date indicated, as we want to be certain there is enough food and seating for everyone. As stated on the invitation, you are welcome to invite a non-resident guest to attend with you.

We are looking forward to our next event, which will be held this winter and will feature appetizers for all palettes and almost any kind of dessert you can imagine! Get ready for a great time visiting and relaxing with a nice hot cup of coffee or hot chocolate. Until then, take a look at some of our favorite pictures from events past, and if you have Facebook, check out all our photos and stay up to date on community news and events here:
