Money Magazine votes Maple Grove #2 city to live in U.S.!

Wow! Did you know your home is nestled in one of the best places to live in the United States? Money Magazine recently published their “Best Places to Live 2014” list, and Maple Grove ranked #2! With all of the beautiful parks, lakes, and bike trails; fantastic restaurants and shopping; and amazing community involvement, we knew we loved living here… and now everyone else knows why!
One of the biggest reasons for this choice, Money Magazine notes, is the amount of outdoor space and recreation, housing prices, and arts and community events, all of which help Maple Grove thrive. Though not as large as the Twin Cities, Maple Grove still boasts its own downtown area with a wide variety of local shops and restaurants. And the heart of the city is Town Green, a picturesque lakeside park and amphitheater that hosts concert, dances, music, and outdoor movies.
Maple Grove City Administrator Al Madsen proudly said, “We’re absolutely thrilled. We give total credit to our fantastic city employees, they make awards like this possible.”
