You may park along Alta Avenue or on the north side of Upper 55th St. until the work is complete. If you are going to be out of town or otherwise unavailable to move your vehicle on that day, please call the office as soon as possible to make other arrangements. We have a limited amount of garage stalls that will be available for use and will be assigned on a first call basis.

Any vehicle left in the lot after 8:00 a.m. will be towed at the resident’s expense.

We would never intentionally inconvenience any resident by towing a vehicle without every attempt to contact the owner. However, it is impossible to complete the sweeping without the lot being completely vacant and we may not be able to call you on that day. If you have any questions, please contact the Rental Office.
